That was last week at the BNP Paribas Board room, where the first class of the module on Abuse of Dominance of the Brussels School of Competition took place.
Nicolas, since I suspect this was a publicity seeking quizz question :), then it is pertinent to add that the class was of outstanding level, we heard from Professors Bellis and Perrot not only the theory but also a wealth of insight and experience.

Photo preferences (sic!) say that it was taken on 20th Jan at 5:29 pm. Sadly, geolocation was not turned on so the ‘where’ bit is more complicated. The brand of the mineral water suggests Belgium, so considering the nice venue, perhaps it is Brussels. Perhaps sb more local would recognize the logo on the pad?

For those without inside knowledge the task was even more complicated by the George Mason University logo (as your notepad suggests it) but the venue and the brand on the bottle definitely pointed towards something more European..

Brussels School of Competition, Module V, Abuse of a Dominant position, Salle des Rois, Rue Royale n° 20, 1000 Brussels on the 20th of January 2012 due to a new-years reception at the FEB/VBO!
I do hope this was specific enough! 😉 When and where is the lunch? 🙂
